Revelstoke Grizzlies

The Grizzlies earned a 4-0 win at the Revelstoke Forum over the Golden Rockets. The Grizzlies earned the win with the help of their power-play, which went 3-for-9, while their penalty-kill was perfect at 7-for-7. The Grizzlies power-play is sixth best in the league going 30-for-144 (20.8 per cent), while the PK is No.1 (93.1 per cent) allowing nine goals on 130 opportunities.
Sicamous Eagles

The Eagles return to action this weekend following the Christmas break. They have the third-best power-play (23 per cent) going 41-for-178, while their PK also ranks third (88.3 per cent) allowing 16 goals on 137 opportunities.
Kimberley Dynamiters

The Dynamiters lost both Christmas Classic games to the Fernie Ghostriders 5-1 at home, then 2-1 in overtime on the road. Their power-play went a combined 0-for-4, while their penalty-kill was perfect at 7-for-7. The Dynamiters own the league’s best power-play (24.3 per cent) going 34-for-140, while their PK is second best (90.7 per cent) allowing 14 goals on 150 opportunities.
Beaver Valley Nitehawks

The Nitehawks picked up a pair of wins, 3-2 in a shootout and 6-4, against the Nelson Leafs. The Nitehawks power-play went 2-for-16, while the penalty-kill was 13-for-14 in the two games combined. The Nitehawks have the league’s fourth best power-play (22.8 per cent) going 28-for-123, while their PK is sixth best (85.7 per cent) allowing 19 goals on 133 opportunities.
Princeton Posse

The Posse split a pair of games against the Osoyoos Coyotes, losing 5-1 on home ice, then earning an 8-2 road win. The Posse went 4-for-19 on the power-play, and 12-for-15 on the penalty-kill. The Posse has the league’s eighth best power-play at (19.1 per cent) 33-for-173, while their PK is also eighth best (84.9 per cent) allowing 23 goals on 152 opportunities.
